Description:

Intetics Inc. is seeking a Senior C#/.Net Developer to work on a high-performance image processing system capable of handling terabytes of 3D and raster images daily.
Responsibilities include implementing algorithms for image segmentation, feature extraction, and object recognition.
The role involves developing tools to visualize and manipulate 3D images and point cloud data, optimizing processing speed and memory usage, and integrating with embedded devices via gRPC protocol.
Collaboration with microscope hardware engineers is required to ensure seamless integration with the overall workflow.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in C# programming language (.NET/.NET Core) is essential.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, image processing algorithms, and techniques is required.
Experience with 3D image processing, raster image processing, and familiarity with image file formats like TIFF, JPEG, and PNG is necessary.
Knowledge of multithreading, parallel processing, SQL, and large storage database management (MS SQL or PostgreSQL) is mandatory.
Familiarity with .NET libraries (ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Dapper) and gRPC protocol is needed.
Nice to have: experience with image processing libraries (OpenCV, EmguCV, ImageMagick) and healthcare image processing, particularly Zeiss CZI.
