The company has a fully customizable platform for building annotation tools and workflows, unifying the management of teams, vendors, and data.
The Senior Coder - AI Operations will lead the operational execution of complex coding projects related to LLM and Gen AI data solutions for enterprise clients.
This role requires a senior coder with a strong background in a popular programming language to own the operational execution for complex coding projects.
Responsibilities include designing coding data roadmaps and leading a large team of 100+ coder contractors to deliver on initiatives.
The candidate must maintain Eastern Time working hours.
Key responsibilities include overseeing project execution, owning operational KPIs, leading and managing a large team, defining quality assurance protocols, solving operational challenges, and collaborating across teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of coding experience in one or more popular programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
A minimum of 3+ years of technical project management experience is required.
Demonstrable expertise in software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging is essential.
A solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI technologies, and the Gen AI landscape is necessary.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse, remote workforce.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in challenging, fast-paced scenarios.

The position offers an attractive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, along with significant stock options providing an ownership stake in the company’s success.
