Description:
Join the Developer Education team as a Senior Community Engineer to develop and maintain software for the developer hub, documentation, and community platforms.
Build tools to analyze community interactions, member contributions, and influencer impact for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with members to understand their needs, gather feedback, and engage in discussions to foster a sense of belonging.
Identify and engage with key influencers and advocates to elevate the community.
Provide technical support and guidance to community members.
Create educational content in collaboration with the Developer Education team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment to achieve community engagement goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a software engineer, preferably focusing on community or developer tools.
Proficiency in modern web development technologies like JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
Ability to integrate APIs and utilize data analytics tools.
Understanding of developer communities and their needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Appreciation for developer education and community engagement.
Experience with GTM tools and their integration.
Prior experience in community management or developer advocacy roles preferred.
Passion for contributing to open-source projects or developer communities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
