Description:

TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Power BI to join their team in London, England, with a focus on remote work.
The role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and the Azure data platform.
The consultant will enable data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights for strategic customers.
Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end delivery of Power BI solutions, engaging with enterprise customers to define analytics strategies, and designing semantic data models.
The consultant will drive governance and security best practices for enterprise BI environments and integrate Power BI with Azure Data Services and M365 platforms.
The position requires delivering workshops and coaching sessions to enhance customer analytics capabilities and mentoring junior consultants.
The consultant will also provide thought leadership in visual analytics and manage client engagements to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering, with hands-on expertise in Power BI in enterprise environments.
A minimum of 3 years in client-facing consulting roles, delivering complex BI or data projects is required.
Proven success in fostering cross-team collaborations and driving innovative solutions is essential.
Experience with Azure data services and familiarity with Power Platform integration and Microsoft Fabric is necessary.
Previous consulting experience in the EMEA region or with global clients is a plus.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and visualization best practices is required.
A deep understanding of data governance, security models, and BI lifecycle management is essential.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and additional Microsoft technologies is advantageous.
Exceptional consulting skills and strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
Candidates should be collaborative team players with a strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
