Remote Senior Content Designer (AI)

Description:

• The Senior Content Designer at ServiceNow will be part of the Content Design team responsible for creating product experiences that users and customers love.
• The role involves working on UX writing needs for one to two AI-powered products, including prototypes, content wireframes, style guides, and content patterns.
• The designer will define and manage product-level content strategy by leveraging data and customer research, with a focus on long-term success beyond immediate release.
• They will contribute ideas for collaborative projects and content team efforts to enhance productivity and success based on experience, metrics, data, and research.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant design experience is preferred.
• Must have an inspiring portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered content design solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
• Passion for enhancing ease-of-use in product and content through information and UI copy.
• Successful experience in creating guidelines for UX writing and enabling others to create excellent UI copy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solid understanding of English grammar, structure, and punctuation.
• Working knowledge of design principles, methods, and tools like Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Invision.
• A growth mindset, continuously improving core skills through complex assignments and varied experiences.
• BA/BS degree or higher in Communications, English, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency).
