Description:

All Security Equipment is a fast-growing retailer and distributor of security products with sophisticated e-commerce capabilities and a robust offline presence.
The company has experienced a 20% annual growth rate since 2020 and is seeking an experienced Head of Finance Operations to guide its financial strategy and operations.
The role is fully remote and requires a proactive, strategic financial executive to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities include developing and overseeing the company’s financial strategy, leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, preparing financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, managing cash flow and working capital, identifying and managing financial risks, optimizing costs, conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, implementing financial systems, and collaborating with department heads.

Requirements:

Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
A minimum of 3–4 years in a senior financial position, such as Controller or Head of Finance, ideally within a high-growth environment, is required.
Proven experience managing companies with annual revenues of $30M+ is necessary, with eCommerce industry experience being a plus.
Comprehensive general ledger and balance sheet expertise is essential, along with advanced skills in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Mandatory ERP system expertise is required, with familiarity with Odoo being beneficial but not essential.
Candidates must be highly tech-savvy and adept with extensive tech stacks, demonstrating proficiency in fully remote work environments.
Excellent risk assessment skills, particularly in regulatory compliance and sales tax management, are necessary.
Expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization is required, along with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and liquidity.
Proven success in identifying profit margin improvements and cost-reduction opportunities is essential.
Experience in capital raising and financial structuring, with a solid background in investor relations, debt, and equity financing, is required.
Knowledge of tax optimization strategies and collaboration with advisors to minimize tax liabilities is necessary.
