Remote Senior Curriculum Designer / Developer

Description:

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive training programs and materials aligned with LatticeFlow's strategic objectives and industry standards.
• Create engaging educational content, including online courses, workshops, and instructional materials, to empower customers and partners.
• Apply best practices in instructional design to develop effective learning experiences catering to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of educational content.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually and in-person to disseminate knowledge and skills effectively.
• Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess training program effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback.
• Leverage technology and learning management systems to deliver, track, and enhance educational experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in curriculum design and development, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, educational technologies, and experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
• Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a learner-centric approach.
• Exposure to Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) applications and/or MLOps frameworks is desirable.
