Description:
Join the elite Customer Solutions Engineering team at Grafana Labs as a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, responsible for platform adoption and expansion for customers.
Educate and enable customers on leveraging the Grafana stack through demos, hands-on enablement, and design guidance.
Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities by articulating Grafana's value proposition.
Provide design and implementation guidance for Grafana Cloud, including data sources, authentication, alerting, and dashboards.
Perform monthly health checks, identify trends from support tickets, and assist in root cause analysis.
Propose, design, and present prototypes, demos, and proofs-of-concept to various audiences.
Deliver technical presentations to potential and existing customers, drive product conversations, and enhance documentation.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
Ability to creatively solve Customer Adoption Challenges and assist with technical issues and troubleshooting.
Deep knowledge of Operational Expertise in the Grafana Platform and extensive Deployment Design Expertise.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
Strong technical mindset, desire to grow technically, and passion for solving technical challenges.
