The Senior Cyber Security Specialist will build and advance cyber defense strategies in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
This role involves leading security operations, mentoring team members, and shaping the company's security posture.

The specialist will conduct security audits, implement new tools, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Cyber Security Specialist, Security Engineer, or in a similar leadership role is required.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching team members in cybersecurity functions is essential.
Hands-on experience with log analysis, threat hunting, and incident response is necessary.
Strong familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as CrowdStrike, Defender, and Sentinel is required.
A solid understanding of Azure Entra and Microsoft Active Directory is needed.
Proficiency in configuring and managing antivirus, firewalls, cloud security tools, and endpoint protection platforms is essential.
Knowledge of identity and access management principles and technologies, including SSO and MFA, is required.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 1/2, PCI/DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST is necessary.
Advanced certifications like CISSP, GIAC (GCIA/GCIH), CEH, or CASP are preferred.
Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a proactive problem-solving approach are required.
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment is essential.
