Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Cyber Security Specialist, Security Engineer, or in a similar leadership role is required.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching team members in cybersecurity functions is essential.
• Hands-on experience with log analysis, threat hunting, and incident response is necessary.
• Strong familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as CrowdStrike, Defender, and Sentinel is required.
• A solid understanding of Azure Entra and Microsoft Active Directory is needed.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing antivirus, firewalls, cloud security tools, and endpoint protection platforms is essential.
• Knowledge of identity and access management principles and technologies, including SSO and MFA, is required.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 1/2, PCI/DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST is necessary.
• Advanced certifications like CISSP, GIAC (GCIA/GCIH), CEH, or CASP are preferred.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with a proactive problem-solving approach are required.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment is essential.
