Wander is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to fortify our digital defenses and ensure the highest standard of cyber threat preparedness.
In this critical role, you'll be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and evolving our cybersecurity measures across all organizational systems and data.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies.
You will manage and enhance multi-factor authentication systems, including YubiKey deployment.
The role involves overseeing security for all organizational SaaS applications, integrations, and data systems.
You will conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Implementing and maintaining robust endpoint protection systems is also a key responsibility.
You will design and manage secure network architectures, including firewalls and VPNs.
Developing and conducting cybersecurity awareness training for all employees is part of the role.
You will implement and manage a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
Responding to and mitigating security incidents and breaches is a critical function.
Staying current with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies is essential.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
You must have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) is necessary.
Experience with multi-factor authentication systems and YubiKeys is required.
Proficiency in implementing security measures for cloud-based services and SaaS applications is essential.
Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to the travel and hospitality industry is needed.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Strong communication skills to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
