Description:
Udacity is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Global Consumer Product team.
The role involves partnering with product managers and business leaders to inform product and strategy decisions.
Responsibilities include contributing to the strategy for data analytics, building dashboards for payment platforms, performing ad hoc analysis and data modeling, ensuring data integrity, assisting in product experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The analyst will also be a thought leader in experimentation and product insights.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a background in applied math, computer science, statistics, finance, or a related technical field, with 4+ years of industry experience.
Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL is required.
Prior experience with data cleaning, modeling, and product behavior data is preferred.
Excellent data communication and storytelling abilities are essential.
Advanced SQL skills are preferred, along with experience in deriving and presenting insights to product or business leaders.
Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Python, is a nice to have.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
