Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team.
• The role involves using quantitative data analysis to provide insights for business and product leaders.
• Responsibilities include identifying key metrics for the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, building executive-facing dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• The ideal candidate should have a bias towards action, enjoy finding patterns in data, and be able to communicate insights effectively.
• The position requires working closely with the Data & Analytics Engineering team to improve operational data sets.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical role, or 1-2 years of analyst experience paired with 1-2 years of consulting or other directly relevant experience.
• Highly proficient in SQL with knowledge of optimizing and debugging complex queries.
• Proficiency in analytics visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma.
• Experience deriving insights from complex data and working with relational databases.
• Understanding of data engineering principles and experience with tools like dbt, Tableau, Airflow, or Salesforce.
• Ability to be a trusted business partner, translate data into actionable steps, and drive projects independently.
• Experience designing A/B tests and interpreting results is a plus.

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $138,000 a year, including base salary, equity, and benefits.
