Description:
Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team.
The role involves using quantitative data analysis to provide insights for business and product leaders.
Responsibilities include identifying key metrics for the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, building executive-facing dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate should have a bias towards action, enjoy finding patterns in data, and be able to communicate insights effectively.
The position requires working closely with the Data & Analytics Engineering team to improve operational data sets.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical role, or 1-2 years of analyst experience paired with 1-2 years of consulting or other directly relevant experience.
Highly proficient in SQL with knowledge of optimizing and debugging complex queries.
Proficiency in analytics visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma.
Experience deriving insights from complex data and working with relational databases.
Understanding of data engineering principles and experience with tools like dbt, Tableau, Airflow, or Salesforce.
Ability to be a trusted business partner, translate data into actionable steps, and drive projects independently.
Experience designing A/B tests and interpreting results is a plus.

Competitive compensation package ranging from $95,000 to $138,000 a year, including base salary, equity, and benefits.
