Description:

cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to support a multi-year SAP S/4 HANA modernization effort for a federal customer.
The role focuses on IT transformation, leveraging subject matter experts to transform business processes, requirements development, change management, and human-centered design.
The Senior Data Analyst will support the Data Management Workstream Lead in driving data management activities, coordinating across functional teams and with PMO/System Integrator.
Responsibilities include managing and mentoring junior data analysts, leading functional data expertise, and documenting functional specifications and mapping.
The analyst will drive end user data validation activities in collaboration with data quality analysts and other stakeholders.
The role involves delegating tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs, and collaborating with Master Data Governance Architects to establish data governance policies.
The analyst will implement and maintain robust master data governance practices and support the development of data governance policies and frameworks.
Clear and detailed documentation of data analysis procedures and workflows is also required.

Requirements:

An active DoD Secret security clearance is required.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is necessary.
At least 6 years of related work experience is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are needed to work with diverse teams and influence senior management.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Expert skills in data management tools such as Collibra are required.
