  • The Senior Data Analyst will lead complex analytical projects, define problem statements, formulate hypotheses, and execute rigorous analysis to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • The role involves developing strategic insights and recommendations, collaborating with business partners, and designing advanced analytical models using statistical techniques and machine learning.
  • Data visualization is a key responsibility, requiring effective communication of findings through presentations and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight.
  • The analyst will also promote a data-driven culture within the organization by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analytics with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methodologies, including statistical inference, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, with proficiency in creating dashboards; experience with Amazon QuickSight is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to define problems, develop hypotheses, and interpret analytical results.
  • Business acumen to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical questions and solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Bonus points for experience in the financial services or open banking industry and familiarity with programming languages relevant for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
