Description:

  • Make is the leading visual platform for designing, building, and automating tasks, workflows, apps, and systems without coding skills.
  • The company is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, with teams across various countries including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India, and Chile.
  • The Senior Data Analyst will focus on Sales Analytics and contribute to a data-driven approach to Go To Market & Sales.
  • Responsibilities include leading the development of pre-sales and post-sales intelligence, interpreting data to provide insights, and working with management to create a data-driven Sales Strategy.
  • The role involves collaborating with the Go To Market Operations team and cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and drive critical thinking.
  • The candidate will also work with the Data Engineering team to connect sales touch points with product data.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Data/Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Consulting is required.
  • The candidate must be excellent in the English language.
  • A proactive approach and genuine curiosity to understand and share data insights are essential.
  • The ability to collaborate with others to turn data into actionable insights is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market processes and metrics is required.
  • The candidate should understand the typical SaaS customer lifecycle journey from acquisition to retention and expansion.
  • Good technical skills, including experience with spreadsheet analysis, SQL code, and building dashboards, are needed.
  • Experience with CRM tools and their databases, as well as customer care tools, is required.
  • The candidate should be eager to use new technologies and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
