Remote Senior Data Analyst

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience with BI platforms such as Thoughtspot, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
• Advanced SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation is required.
• A basic understanding of statistical and modeling concepts is necessary.
• Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Candidates should possess business savviness to connect data insights with company goals.
• An excitement to dig into business processes to understand how data is generated is important.
• Readiness to work in a multi-stakeholder environment and the ability to context-switch is required.
• Adaptability and effectiveness in managing multiple priorities are necessary.
• Working proficiency in English and Polish (both spoken and written) is required.
