Description:

  • The SevenRooms Data & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with business teams on initiatives and contribute to the data culture at SevenRooms.
  • This role involves developing data products and analyzing data for Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Support, RevOps, and Marketing.
  • The Senior Data Analyst will support cross-functional initiatives and partner closely in the delivery of data products.
  • The position reports directly to the Manager of Data & Analytics and operates within the Data & Analytics Team focused on driving insights for key business functions.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, owning KPI reporting, compiling analytics into reports and visualizations, becoming a subject matter expert, and driving process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience working with complex datasets related to business outcomes such as bookings, renewals, upsells, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Data Studio) is required; knowledge of cloud data warehousing and ETL/ELT techniques is a plus.
  • The ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to diverse audiences is essential.
  • Candidates should be adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and capable of creating innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong facilitation skills for cross-organizational collaboration to drive measurable results are necessary.
