Description:
The SevenRooms Data & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to collaborate with business teams on initiatives and contribute to the data culture at SevenRooms.
This role involves developing data products and analyzing data for Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Support, RevOps, and Marketing.
The Senior Data Analyst will support cross-functional initiatives and partner closely in the delivery of data products.
The position reports directly to the Manager of Data & Analytics and operates within the Data & Analytics Team focused on driving insights for key business functions.
Responsibilities include collaborating with various teams, owning KPI reporting, compiling analytics into reports and visualizations, becoming a subject matter expert, and driving process improvements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience working with complex datasets related to business outcomes such as bookings, renewals, upsells, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Data Studio) is required; knowledge of cloud data warehousing and ETL/ELT techniques is a plus.
The ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to diverse audiences is essential.
Candidates should be adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and capable of creating innovative solutions to complex problems.
Strong facilitation skills for cross-organizational collaboration to drive measurable results are necessary.
