Description:

  • Webflow is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance the company's data capabilities and inform decision-making with actionable insights.
  • The role is remote or based in San Francisco HQ, full-time, permanent, and exempt.
  • The cash compensation is based on geographic location, experience, and skills, with ranges from $118,000 to $181,000 depending on the zone.
  • Responsibilities include enabling business stakeholders to leverage data, empowering teams to answer complex questions, aligning on key metrics, collaborating on root cause analysis, and leading improvements in analytics capabilities.
  • The company uses tools such as Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau for data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, providing high-quality analysis and mentoring others.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or programming languages like Python or R is required.
  • Significant expertise in manipulating large data sets, interpreting trends, and using visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Mode is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills to make meaningful recommendations based on data analysis are essential.
  • Candidates should be strong leaders and collaborators, capable of empowering stakeholders with diagnostic and descriptive analysis.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and solve complex problems is important.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are required.
