Description:

As a Data Analyst at Found, you will play a critical role in supporting the mission of providing evidence-based weight care solutions.
You will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to inform decision-making.
In your first 3 - 6 months, you will either focus on operations analytics to optimize the user experience or dive into financial data to recreate the data infrastructure and reporting suite.
You will clean complex data sets, design and implement analytics projects, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders autonomously.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact analysis projects.
You will monitor and investigate trends in KPIs and provide insights to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
In your first year, you will make meaningful contributions across finance, business, operations, and product analytics.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in math, business analytics, data science, or a related field is required.
You must have 3+ years of experience in financial analytics, operations analytics, or general data analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL is required, with bonus points for proficiency in Python.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
You should have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The ability to work autonomously, be insatiably curious, and be comfortable with complex datasets is essential.
A detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality is required.
