Description:
Greenlight is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Product Analytics team, focusing on complex analytical solutions.
The role involves supporting cross-functional business needs and driving better business decisions using data from various sources.
Responsibilities include mining internal consumer data, creating training, performing quality assurance, and ongoing monitoring of reports for accuracy.
The analyst will adapt and solve problems by making connections between seemingly unrelated data and communicating findings effectively.
The position requires bridging gaps between data and business by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create actionable insights.
The analyst will develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.
Statistical analysis will be built using tools such as Python or R, and existing reports and dashboards will be modified as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist with strong analytical instincts.
Hands-on experience with SQL is required, along with advanced skills for extracting data from multiple sources for analysis and visualization.
Experience with enterprise data warehousing, preferably with Snowflake or other cloud-based solutions, is necessary, including familiarity with modeling and ETL/ELT best practices.
Excellent data visualization skills are required, preferably using Tableau, along with knowledge of best-in-class dashboarding techniques.
The candidate should have experience working cross-functionally with other teams and balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Python, R, or another scripting language is essential, along with a strong understanding of applying statistical and data science concepts to inform business decisions.

The estimated base pay range for this position is $145,000 - $170,000 in NY, CA, WA, and $145,000 - $160,000 in CO.
