Description:

Correlation One is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Data Analyst with deep data analytics expertise and business acumen to join their team.
The ideal candidate will leverage data to drive decision-making and has a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to enterprise and government clients.
Responsibilities include leading complex data analysis efforts, mentoring junior analysts, and shaping and communicating the data strategy.
The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication of insights to critical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
The Senior Data Analyst will partner with engineering teams and manage relationships with large global and governmental agencies.
Daily tasks include leading cross-functional collaboration, mentoring junior analysts, executing advanced SQL queries, uncovering trends and insights, crafting strategic recommendations, developing analytical reports and dashboards, presenting insights to senior leadership, operationalizing data analysis processes, performing ad-hoc analyses, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Science roles, focusing on delivering insights that drive business outcomes.
Advanced expertise in SQL and relational databases is required.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms is necessary.
Extensive experience with data manipulation and visualization in Python is essential.
In-depth knowledge of cloud-based data environments (GCP preferred) and understanding of OLAP/OLTP systems is required.
Proven experience in communicating complex data insights and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, is necessary.
Strong leadership skills are required, with the ability to mentor junior team members and guide analysis efforts across the organization.
Candidates must have the ability to drive strategy and influence business decisions through actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to challenges, and strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
A passion for learning new technologies and continuously improving data analysis methodologies is required.
This role is remote for candidates based in Latin America, and working hours must be compatible with the EST time zone.
