Description:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will influence all aspects of the product and business.
This role involves building tools to better inform internal teams, enhance decision making, and improve client experience.
The analyst will become an expert in our entire data stack, understanding how we acquire, normalize, and utilize data.
Responsibilities include building, maintaining, and testing data models that support reporting and analytics.
The role requires improving customer-facing reports, visualizations, and dashboards to showcase the value delivered to customers.
Conducting data-driven investigations into trends and anomalies affecting growth, customer success, product delivery, and reliability is essential.
The analyst will develop internal-facing reports and dashboards that highlight the impact of personnel and systems across the company.
Empowering internal team members through education and training to perform their own analytics is a key responsibility.
Collaboration with leadership to create, refine, and maintain metrics that track business stories is expected.
The role includes providing data analysis support for AI-based products.
Participation in a rotation of engineers to diagnose, triage, and resolve production data issues is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a healthcare data analyst, or demonstrate a steep learning curve if less experienced.
Significant experience with healthcare data is required, ideally including both clinical data (electronic health record data) and billing/claims data, preferably in a health system setting.
An ownership mindset is essential; candidates should be able to build and own features from start to finish.
An entrepreneurial mindset is preferred, with previous experience in a technology startup or evidence of resourcefulness in ambiguous situations.
A product-focused approach is necessary to maximize the value delivered to customers.
