Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• Develop advanced analytics models and reports using SQL, PowerBI, and preferably Tableau to inform and guide business decisions.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to grasp business challenges, devise analytical strategies, and effectively communicate data insights.
• Create, manage, and optimize data pipelines in Snowflake and DBT to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytics purposes.
• Conduct detailed analyses of business data, including financial, sales, and customer information, to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations.
• Provide training and support to business users on data analytics and visualization tools, enabling them to make informed decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, adopting best practices to enhance our data capabilities continuously.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst role, with proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
• Basic understanding of Python, Snowflake, and DBT, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
• Proven expertise in data modeling, analysis, and visualization, with a preference for Tableau proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of managing, analyzing, and sharing extensive data sets accurately and effectively.
• Proficient in developing queries, writing reports, and presenting findings, simplifying complex data into actionable insights.
• Advanced or fluent English language skills, enabling comprehension of business requirements and translation into technical specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, facilitating work across different teams and disciplines.
