The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in building foundational data structures, tools, and models to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This position involves collaborating with various teams, including finance, business operations, and product managers, to develop and maintain data sets, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions with stakeholders, proposing standardized data definitions, developing analytical frameworks, and leading data projects from discovery to activation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in a data analyst, data scientist, consultant, or similar quantitative analytical role.
A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in statistics, math, economics, computer science, finance, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Looker are necessary, along with familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt.
Strong communication skills are essential for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Candidates should be strategic thinkers with a deep understanding of business drivers and proven collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience with Python or R is required.
Candidates should be eager to learn new tools and improve their technical skill set, demonstrating grit and goal-oriented initiative.
