Description:
The Senior Data Analyst will drive informed decision-making within the COO’s organization by transforming data from Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech, and Compliance operations into actionable insights that enhance the robustness and profitability of Sleek’s operations.
The role requires ensuring data reliability, with an analysis accuracy of at least 90% and a clear understanding of the causes of any discrepancies.
Responsibilities include creating and managing dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau, ensuring visualizations are clear and concise, and that metrics calculations are consistent with existing dashboards.
Dashboards must be prototyped with end users in Google Sheets before final creation, and scalable solutions should be proposed for long-term sustainability.
Dashboard usage will be reviewed quarterly, with low-utilization dashboards archived.
Documentation of all key metrics and calculations is essential, with clear language accessible to other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders, stored in Google Docs and linked in internal Wiki or Slack channels.
The analyst will provide data quality recommendations by collaborating with Tech, Product, and Data Engineers to maintain robust and efficient data pipelines in BigQuery.
Collaboration with other Data Analysts is necessary to foster an inclusive and friendly knowledge-sharing culture, ensuring awareness of each other's workstreams, challenges, and learnings.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst is required, with a preference for candidates located in Southeast Asia or the Asia Pacific region.
