The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with various teams including Product, Operations, Engineering, Revenue, and Business Development to build and maintain data solutions.
Responsibilities include creating and managing scalable data pipelines, designing data infrastructure, and conducting data profiling and cleansing.
The role requires identifying opportunities for automation and optimization of data processes.
The analyst will develop documentation for data pipelines and contribute to internal tools that enhance data accessibility.
The position also involves supporting data governance initiatives and staying updated on industry trends to improve data engineering practices.
The analyst will implement optimized data models for data warehouses and drive operational excellence through metrics.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python, focusing on data engineering tasks such as building and optimizing data pipelines.
Strong code quality and efficiency skills, with a focus on writing clean and maintainable Python code.
At least 5 years of SQL experience, including advanced skills in performance tuning.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with experience in automating cloud infrastructure operations using Python.
Proven ability to design and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like Prefect and dbt.
Technical leadership skills to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
Experience in orchestrating ETL and reverse ETL processes using Python and tools like Prefect, Airflow, or Dagster.
A commitment to ensuring the reliability and scalability of data systems through proactive monitoring and logging.
Strong understanding of data modeling and managing data warehouses, particularly on platforms like Snowflake, Big Query, and Redshift.
