Description:

• AlGooru is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Punjab, Pakistan.
• The company is a leading private tutoring platform in Saudi Arabia, licensed by the National E-Learning Center (NELC).
• The role involves driving data-informed financial and business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.
• Responsibilities include transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, maintaining high data quality standards, and building scalable data pipelines.
• The analyst will own the end-to-end process of data collection, cleaning, transformation, and validation, focusing on financial data.
• The position requires developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• The analyst will conduct deep-dive analyses into financial performance and business trends, working closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership.
• Writing complex SQL queries, using advanced Excel functionalities, and applying Python for data automation and advanced analytics are key tasks.
• The role also involves ensuring clarity in reports by documenting data sources and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically focusing on financial data.
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel are required.
• Experience with Tableau or similar tools for creating dashboards and reports is necessary.
• A good knowledge of Python and Data Engineering concepts is expected.
• Applicants should be comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• The ability to forecast, analyze, and clearly explain financial data is essential.
• Strong presentation skills are required, along with experience working with financial reports.
• Ideal candidates should be results-driven, proactive, and able to balance speed and quality.
