We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and help turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
The role involves transforming and analyzing large, complex data sets representing transactional, financial data, and player behavior to uncover actionable insights.
You will deliver proactive recommendations to stakeholders across product, commercial, and technical disciplines to shape optimization and enhance KPIs.
Building and maintaining automated dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance trends is a key responsibility.
You will deliver in-depth research to check against various business hypotheses and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborating across teams to drive data-informed decisions for product improvements is essential.
You will own multiple data projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Contributing to data literacy growth and advancement across the company is also part of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of analytical experience, ideally in the iGaming, gaming, or video streaming industry.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets is required.
Solid expertise in data visualization, including tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, is necessary.
A proactive data-driven mindset with curiosity, experience in daily reporting, and insights generation is essential.
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills are required, with the ability to present findings clearly to all stakeholders, regardless of their data skills.
A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach to work is expected.
