Worth AI is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual for the position of Senior Data Analyst in Orlando, FL.
The role involves analyzing and optimizing data that drives credit decisioning, underwriting, and fraud prevention models.
The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams to mine large datasets, build dashboards, and write business-critical queries.
This position requires a solid understanding of data engineering principles and the ability to deliver scalable analytics solutions in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities include mining and analyzing large-scale datasets, writing performant SQL queries, designing and maintaining dashboards, and supporting AI/ML model development.
The analyst will also automate reports, contribute to model governance, and stay informed on regulatory requirements related to data usage in financial services.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS Redshift, Athena, Snowflake, or BigQuery are necessary.
Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required, along with the ability to build intuitive dashboards.
A solid understanding of credit risk concepts and underwriting processes is essential, including knowledge of key lending KPIs.
Exposure to AI/ML-based decision systems in contexts like underwriting or fraud detection is preferred.
Working knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and modern data stack tools is important.
Proficiency in Excel for detailed analysis and reporting is required.
Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis is a bonus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are necessary, with the ability to present complex data insights to various stakeholders.
High standards for data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance in a financial environment are expected.
