Description:

Sleek is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive informed decision-making within the COO’s organization.
The role involves turning data from Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech, and Compliance operations into actionable insights to improve operations' robustness and profitability.
The analyst will ensure data reliability, aiming for at least 90% accuracy in analysis and providing clear explanations for any discrepancies.
Responsibilities include creating and managing dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau, ensuring metrics are consistent, and prototyping dashboards with end users in Google Sheets.
The analyst will document key metrics and calculations in Google Docs and maintain accessibility for other Data Analysts and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration with Tech, Product, and Data Engineers is essential to ensure robust and efficient data pipelines.
The role requires contributing to a friendly, knowledge-sharing culture among Data Analysts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst is required.
