Description:

Brightwheel is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Analytics team, focusing on solving business challenges using data.
The role involves answering high-priority business questions to drive growth and supporting day-to-day reporting across various departments including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
The analyst will collaborate with the Data & Analytics Engineering team to build and improve operational data sets that support analytics and workflows.
Responsibilities include using quantitative data analysis to provide insights, identifying key metrics for GTM strategy, building executive-facing dashboards, and partnering with internal customers for report requests.
The ideal candidate should have a strong bias towards action, enjoy finding patterns in data, and possess both technical and communication skills to drive impact.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical role, or 1-2 years of analyst experience combined with 1-2 years of consulting experience.
Proficiency in SQL is required, with a preference for candidates with ETL experience.
Experience with analytics visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma is necessary.
Candidates must have experience deriving insights from complex data and working with relational databases.
A working knowledge of data engineering principles is essential, including managing large-scale data sets.
The ability to be a trusted business partner and translate data into actionable steps is required.
An ownership mindset is necessary, with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Experience with tools like dbt, Tableau, Airflow, and Salesforce is a plus, as is experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.

Brightwheel offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $104,000 to $138,000, equity, and benefits.
