Description:
As a Senior Data Analyst at Hubstaff, you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven culture and decision-making process.
You will perform complex data analysis to extract insights that influence strategic decisions.
Your responsibilities include developing and implementing statistical models to analyze trends and customer behavior.
You will identify business opportunities, connect them to customer needs, run experiments, prove outcomes, and move quickly.
You will effectively communicate complex analytical insights to stakeholders.
You will manage and oversee data-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver valuable insights.
You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis.
Requirements:
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in a similar role.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is essential.
You should have experience working closely with a product or growth team with some focus on onboarding, retention, experimentation, or similar.
Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Experience in managing large datasets and complex data structures is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Competitive compensation includes a contractor rate between USD 35/hour and USD 43/hour (approx. USD 7000/month) or a competitive base salary for employees, depending on location.
