Description:

  • As a Senior Data Analyst at Hubstaff, you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven culture and decision-making process.
  • You will perform complex data analysis to extract insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Your responsibilities include developing and implementing statistical models to analyze trends and customer behavior.
  • You will identify business opportunities, connect them to customer needs, run experiments, prove outcomes, and move quickly.
  • You will effectively communicate complex analytical insights to stakeholders.
  • You will manage and oversee data-related projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver valuable insights.
  • You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis.

Requirements:

  • You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is required.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is essential.
  • You should have experience working closely with a product or growth team with some focus on onboarding, retention, experimentation, or similar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing large datasets and complex data structures is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

  • Competitive compensation includes a contractor rate between USD 35/hour and USD 43/hour (approx. USD 7000/month) or a competitive base salary for employees, depending on location.
