Requirements:

• Candidates must have an advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in data analysis is required, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
• Experience in analyzing user behavior data to identify areas for improvement in consumer onboarding and conversion flows is essential.
• Candidates should be able to provide insights to inform product decisions that enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
• The role requires collaboration with product managers to measure the success of consumer engagement and acquisition initiatives.
• Candidates must track and report on conversion metrics, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Spend (ROS), offering recommendations for performance improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools is required.
