Medely is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to utilize data to answer critical product and business questions.
The role involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Recruiting teams to create analyses and data stories.
Responsibilities include providing data-driven insights to enhance core business KPIs, creating internal dashboards, presenting findings to stakeholders, delivering ad-hoc analyses, reviewing processes for improvement, automating insights, and identifying data gaps.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, statistics, data science, consulting, or a related field.
A strong understanding of databases and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase is required.
Advanced SQL skills and the ability to write well-optimized queries are essential.
The ability to organize and present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences is necessary.
Strong analytical skills with experience in solving ambiguous problems using data are required.
Candidates must be able to analyze data and condense it into a persuasive narrative.
Proven communication skills with cross-functional teams are essential.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to drive change and collaborate effectively is important.
