Description:

Visana Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support Product and Growth Marketing Analytics.
The role involves owning end-to-end marketing and product analytics, focusing on source attribution, funnel performance, product event tracking, lifecycle analytics, and automation of data processes.
Responsibilities include implementing UTM best practices, developing attribution models, analyzing marketing funnels, integrating data from various platforms, and supporting lifecycle marketing efforts.
The analyst will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting, and will conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-8+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or related roles, specifically in Growth and Lifecycle Marketing.
Strong experience with marketing attribution modeling and web analytics is required.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Mixpanel and Lightdash, as well as email marketing tools like ActiveCampaign and Intercom, is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with dbt and data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery is a plus.
Familiarity with Webflow and Rudderstack is advantageous.
A strong understanding of UTM tracking, campaign tagging, and digital attribution best practices is essential.
Experience in data integration and ETL/ELT processes is required.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is necessary.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Candidates should be self-starters with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience with HIPAA regulations and medical compliance policies is a plus.
