Description:
n8n is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for their Go-To-Market (GTM) team, a remote position in Europe.
The company is a low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, with a passionate community and significant growth.
The main goal of the role is to unlock insights driving revenue growth and optimize sales & marketing efficiency at n8n.
Responsibilities include empowering marketing with actionable data insights, supporting RevOps and Sales with strategic analytics, optimizing SEO and content strategies with data science, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and driving data-driven decision-making across GTM.
Requirements:
Must-have
5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, particularly in a marketing context.
Advanced SQL proficiency for complex queries, aggregations, joins, and filters.
Expertise with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BigQuery for handling data sources and delivering insights.
Experience with revenue/sales CRM systems, especially Salesforce, to integrate CRM data with marketing analytics.
Focus on business impact, translating data into strategic recommendations for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Pragmatic problem-solving skills, bias for action, and ability to tackle complex challenges.
Proactive and curious mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for analysis.
Experience in early-stage data teams, setting up tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Nice-to-have
SEO and content marketing experience, working with SEO datasets/tools and integrating insights into broader marketing strategies.
Data science/BI experience, additional expertise in data science methodologies or business intelligence platforms.
