Description:

  • n8n is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for their Go-To-Market (GTM) team, a remote position in Europe.
  • The company is a low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, with a passionate community and significant growth.
  • The main goal of the role is to unlock insights driving revenue growth and optimize sales & marketing efficiency at n8n.
  • Responsibilities include empowering marketing with actionable data insights, supporting RevOps and Sales with strategic analytics, optimizing SEO and content strategies with data science, proactively identifying growth opportunities, and driving data-driven decision-making across GTM.

Requirements:

  • Must-have

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, particularly in a marketing context.
    • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex queries, aggregations, joins, and filters.
    • Expertise with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and BigQuery for handling data sources and delivering insights.
    • Experience with revenue/sales CRM systems, especially Salesforce, to integrate CRM data with marketing analytics.
    • Focus on business impact, translating data into strategic recommendations for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
    • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, bias for action, and ability to tackle complex challenges.
    • Proactive and curious mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for analysis.
    • Experience in early-stage data teams, setting up tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Nice-to-have

    • SEO and content marketing experience, working with SEO datasets/tools and integrating insights into broader marketing strategies.
    • Data science/BI experience, additional expertise in data science methodologies or business intelligence platforms.
