As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert for questions regarding Link data structure and quality.
You will ensure the data we use meets the product goal and provide data analysis for various stakeholders.
The role involves working closely with product management, data operations, data governance, software engineering, and quality assurance teams.
You will assure that data quality and compliance meet high standards.
Responsibilities include extracting data from databases (e.g., Redshift, Mongo DB), analyzing large data sets, identifying data gaps, and providing root cause analysis.
You will build and maintain a technical data model and create customized reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a growth mindset who can turn data into valuable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

A university degree in an analytical or technical field, such as bioinformatics or applied mathematics, is required.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in data analysis or data quality, specifically with life science data, is necessary.
Experience in complex organizational structures and reporting to senior management is essential.
A proven track record of managing data analytics projects is required.
Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, and subquery factoring, are necessary.
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis is required.
Experience with large databases and complex datasets is essential.
Skills in data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
