Description:

  • InDebted is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the M&A Team and contribute to the organization’s growth through data-driven decision making.
  • The role involves providing technical expertise, conducting sophisticated market and technical analyses, and delivering actionable insights throughout the M&A lifecycle.
  • Responsibilities include supporting the due diligence process by analyzing financial and operational data, creating automated reports, and building dashboards and tracking tools to understand performance drivers.
  • The Senior Data Analyst will ensure data visibility and informed decision-making from prospect profiling to post-acquisition performance tracking.
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-motivator who thrives in both collaborative and independent environments, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about automation and advanced analytics.
  • Reporting to the VP of Strategy & Operations, the analyst will work closely with the M&A team to ensure successful execution of insights, focusing on M&A growth strategies and recurring responsibilities.
  • Duties include conducting technical analyses for prospect profiling, designing automated reporting systems, leveraging forecasting and predictive modeling, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Computer Science; a graduate degree in Data Science or equivalent fields is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the analytics discipline, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with ETL tools to extract data from CRM to AWS Athena is required.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, database design development, and data mining is essential.
  • Experience in training and developing data analysts, along with providing technical training to other analysts, is necessary.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL with intermediate Python skills is essential.
  • Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) and Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and high attention to detail are necessary.
  • Exposure to or experience working in a multinational company or consulting firm is advantageous.
