We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our Data & Analytics team at Project A Ventures.
In your daily work, you will focus on identifying data that can contribute to growth and efficiency in our portfolio companies.
You will collaborate with our Data Engineering and Science team to leverage these opportunities.
The emphasis will be on actual impact rather than the use of new technologies or methods, providing you with unique insights into the working environment of one of Europe's leading venture capitals.
Our Data & Analytics team believes that the decade of data has begun: through working with over 70 portfolio companies, we have learned how to transform raw data into real insights, products, features, and more.
It is now up to you to utilize this data to achieve actual business growth through insightful visualizations, remarkable analyses, and meaningful stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

Several years of professional experience in Data & Analytics, ideally in a high-performance and dynamic environment, with a background in consulting or an agency being advantageous.
A high level of emotional intelligence to build and maintain meaningful relationships with (senior) stakeholders.
Solid experience in at least one specific data area (e.g., Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Governance, Customer Analytics).
Professional handling of data analysis and modeling tools, including SQL/dbt.
Expertise in MDS: data collection (Google Tag Manager, Segment), data integration (Fivetran, Airbyte), databases (Snowflake, BigQuery), data modeling (dbt, DataForm), and activation (Looker, Metabase, PowerBI, Census).
Fluency in both German and English is a must.
Please note that we are looking for support in the City-er office, and eligibility to work within the EU is also required.
