The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance user experience for outdoor enthusiasts.
Responsibilities include turning data into actionable insights, identifying strategic opportunities, designing metrics for key features, creating visualizations, building dashboards, tracking product features, conducting experiments, and managing the data analytics roadmap.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in product analytics, including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention analysis, and A/B testing.
Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery are required.
Proficiency in Python/Pandas for data analysis and experience with software development workflows is necessary.
Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling is preferred.
A solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in real-world scenarios is essential.
Candidates must be able to effectively communicate data topics and analysis results, simplifying complex ideas.
A deep understanding of data quality and reliability is crucial.
The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions is required.
