Remote Senior Data Analyst - Product | Berlin or Europe remote

Description:

• n8n is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the product team to establish the function from scratch.
• The role involves cleaning, parsing, and validating datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Responsibilities include standardizing data formats, identifying gaps in data collection, and collaborating with Engineering to fill them.
• The Data Analyst will create and define key product metrics, build dashboards for visualization, and run various analyses to understand business performance.
• They will proactively seek insights from data, support PMs in prioritizing initiatives, and promote a data-driven culture company-wide.
• The position also involves owning tools like CDP, Rudderstack, BigQuery, and Metabase, setting up systems and tools for managing work roadmap, and maintaining comprehensive documentation around data.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience interpreting data in an analytics, data science, or business intelligence role.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in working with Product teams.
• Previous experience in an early-stage data team and basic knowledge of statistics.
• Proactive, curious, and able to independently define and prioritize a roadmap.
• Must be laser-focused on business impact and have a bias for action.
