Description:

  • The Senior Data Analyst will join the Analytics team of a high-growth Population Health and Analytics software company, focusing on creating high-value analytics for Arcadia customers.
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data to derive insights and improving healthcare delivery to millions of patients.
  • Responsibilities include working closely with other analysts to produce custom member analytics, meeting with members to scope and deliver custom requests, and collaborating with product teams to scale and productionalize code for repeatable delivery.
  • Success metrics include gaining familiarity with Arcadia’s data and analytics offerings within 3 months, owning delivery and quality of analytics for member engagements within 6 months, and serving as an expert on analytics capabilities within 12 months.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in healthcare working with healthcare claims or EHR data.
  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related fields is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required, and experience with SAS is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, and collaborative filtering is necessary.
  • Experience with healthcare codes like ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, and DRG is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A passion for working with large data sets and extracting meaningful insights is important.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus.
