The company is seeking experienced senior data analysts to address significant challenges in analytics within supply chain and manufacturing operations.
The Operations team is crucial to Dandy's dental operations, managing areas such as production management, workforce analytics, and supply chain optimization.
In this dynamic, cross-functional role, the analyst will independently use data analysis to make recommendations that help Dandy become the leading dental lab in the industry.
Responsibilities include developing insights for the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, defining data language for clarity, facilitating rapid decision-making, utilizing data to solve problems, and mentoring other analysts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in operations analytics or data science, preferably in a B2B environment.
A BA/BS in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, operations research, or behavioral science with statistical skills is required.
Excellent SQL skills are mandatory.
Strong scripting skills in Python are necessary.
Familiarity with operations research and supply chain management concepts is expected.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to present results in a way that drives change.
Candidates should demonstrate autonomy, ownership, critical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skills.
Bonus points for experience in turning vague operational problems into statistically rigorous analyses, interest in early-stage companies, a bias for action, strong customer empathy, and experience with Hex/Jupyter, DBT, or Data Orchestration tools like Dagster.
