Description:

Sleek is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau and SQL to drive informed decision-making within the COO’s organization.
The role involves turning data from Accounting, Corporate Secretary, FinTech, and Compliance operations into actionable insights to improve Sleek’s operations.
Key outcomes include ensuring data reliability with at least 90% accuracy, creating and managing dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau, and documenting key metrics and calculations.
The analyst will work collaboratively with Tech, Product, and Data Engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and will contribute to a friendly, knowledge-sharing culture among Data Analysts.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

A strong understanding of data reliability, ensuring analysis accuracy of at least 90%.
Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards using Looker Studio or Tableau, with a focus on clear and concise visualization.
Ability to document key metrics and calculations in an accessible manner for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in collaborating with other Data Analysts and contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture.
Willingness to undergo background checks, including education verification, criminal history, political exposure, and credit history.
