The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for collecting, validating, enriching, and making available a large amount of data to support TrustYou's SaaS products.
The role involves designing, building, and operating data processing pipelines as part of a seasoned data engineering team.
The engineer will engage with the product team to understand customer needs and deliver value.
Participation in architectural decisions and technology management is expected.
The role includes planning and designing software, co-creating a vision for the future, and supporting and mentoring other team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have more than 10 years of total experience, with at least 4 years focused on data-intensive applications.
Proficiency in Python for data processing and manipulation is required.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for building streaming-based data pipelines is necessary.
A solid understanding of multiple relational and non-relational database systems, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, or ClickHouse, is essential.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required.
Knowledge of SRE tools and techniques is necessary.
Excellent teamwork skills, including clear communication, flexibility, openness to debate, and the ability to mentor others, are required.
An agile mindset to deliver great products with an iterative approach is essential.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
