The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for building data pipelines to process and store customer data, experimenting with AI models for analytics, and developing solutions for complex problems.

The data stack includes Python, PostgreSQL, Spark, TimescaleDB, AWS, Kubernetes, and AWS Glue.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
3+ years of experience in building and deploying data applications, with a track record of shipping new features regularly.
Proficiency in at least one of Java, Scala, Kotlin, Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
Practical experience with partitioning, replication, map-reduce, indexing, and CAP theorem.
Familiarity with distributed storage systems, processing engines, and message queues.
Passion for building large-scale ML applications and enhancing software engineers' productivity.
Understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, or statistical analysis concepts.
