Description:

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will improve data infrastructure and build self-service data products.
You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that handle large volumes of data.
The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and software engineers, to ensure data accessibility and reliability.
Responsibilities include designing and optimizing data pipelines, managing cloud-based or on-premises data storage, monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines, and enforcing data governance policies.
You will stay current with emerging data engineering technologies and proactively identify opportunities to enhance data processing efficiency.
Requirements:
You must have 6+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or similar role.
Advanced skills in designing and implementing data pipelines and ELT/ETL processes using Fivetran or Airflow are required.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is necessary.
You should have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and related services.
In-depth knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts is essential.
Experience with data orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and workflow automation is required.
A strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and governance principles is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues are required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork.
