The company is seeking its first-ever Data Engineer to join the team and shape the future of data at AxisCare.
The Data Engineer will design and manage the data lifecycle that powers AI, ML, BI, and other data-driven products.
This role requires a hands-on approach, diving deep into business challenges and crafting impactful solutions.
The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data infrastructure supports the mission to transform home health care.

Proven expertise in data engineering, including designing and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses, is necessary.
A strong background with data management, warehousing, and visualization tools like MySQL, Snowflake, Hevo, Fivetran, and Tableau is required.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with comfort using bash and git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data architectures is expected.
A proactive, curious mindset is important, with a willingness to dig into the “why” behind requirements and challenge the status quo.
The position is remote, and candidates must live in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones in the US and be qualified to work in the United States.
