Responsibilities include owning and building data infrastructure, collaborating with stakeholders, managing the end-to-end data pipeline, designing tools for automation, documenting processes, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving systems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools such as Dagster or Airflow is required, along with proficiency in writing performant code in Python.
Deep experience in building data pipelines using tools like DBT and cloud environments such as AWS or GCP is essential.
Candidates should be resourceful problem solvers who can tackle complex issues independently.
Strong communication skills are necessary to translate technical ideas for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
