Remote Senior Data Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain robust batch data pipelines utilizing Airflow.
• The role involves developing and managing stream data pipelines using Kafka and Debezium.
• The engineer will implement and optimize CI/CD deployment processes using Jenkins.
• Establishing and maintaining data audits and testing protocols to ensure data integrity throughout the ingestion and transformation processes is a key responsibility.
• The position requires writing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality, version-controlled code adhering to best practices.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering roles or roles that touch many aspects of the data lifecycle.
• An excellent understanding of data quality tools such as DBT and Great Expectations is required.
• Strong coding abilities in Python and SQL are essential for this position.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience working with cloud technologies, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience in building data pipelines and managing data warehouses in the cloud is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are required.
